Phase II
Technical Due Diligence
De-Risked Asset Acquisition
We obtain comprehensive findings and conduct independent reviews to ensure the aircraft meets all airworthiness and documentation standards.
- Obtain findings related to airworthiness squawks, logs, and maintenance records
- Independent documentation review and recommendation
- Resolution and redressal process for identified issues
- Secondary stage negotiations for non-airworthiness issues, when warranted
Phase III
Financial & Legal Closing
Seamless Transition & Global Compliance
We manage all legal and final compliance, culminating in turn-key delivery at your designated airport.
- Oversee all processes, checklists, and documentation to ensure closure
- Escrow disbursements management
- Export: Trust, Insurance, Export CofA & CofR, Ferry Flight (optional)
- Import: Deregistration/Reregistration, DGCA Compliance, Customs
- Delivery at your designated airport (optional)
