Originally from Dehradun, India, Arindam Dasgupta brings a unique blend of Eastern values and Western corporate excellence to the private aviation industry. Now based in the United States, Arindam has established himself as a respected figure in the aerospace sector.
With over 8 years of corporate experience at Boeing, Arindam developed deep expertise across multiple facets of the aviation industry — from aircraft engineering and certification to business development and strategic partnerships. His time at Boeing provided him with an insider's understanding of what makes a truly exceptional aircraft.
Arindam founded MDG Aviation Limited with a singular vision: to act as a mandated Acquisition Specialist representing buy-side transactions with precision, transparency, and measurable financial advantage. Under his leadership, the company has completed 10+ jet acquisitions across multiple jurisdictions.

Brian Ridgley

Brian Ridgley grew up in his family's aviation business as a young boy, learning from his father on the flightline. After high school, he entered the military to serve his country. During those four years of service, Brian learned faithfulness, obedience, and leadership — values that continue to guide every client relationship today.
After the military, Brian returned to the family aviation enterprise with a desire to carry the business forward. Over forty years in the industry, he has sold 40+ aircraft every year, totaling over 1500 so far. Although world-renowned, Brian and his team maintain a family-like work environment where every customer feels valued.
Throughout his career, Brian has developed deep expertise in aviation interior design, avionic paint jobs, and partial avionic facilities. His accreditations include a Private Pilot's License with 7500+ hours of flying experience, including time in helicopters and jets. His expertise includes fixed-wing aircrafts – Piston Engines, Turboprop Engines, and Turbofan Engines – all Citation jets being his forte.
Brian's goal is simple: ensure each customer feels like family. He and his team pride themselves on personalizing the aviation buying and selling process for every client. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing a customer who is proud of the work and who feels they've found their perfect airplane.
